PickleTribe provides tools for organising and participating in pickleball tournaments. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse any features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. PickleTribe is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Club Operators

Clubs operating on PickleTribe are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information, player registrations, and communications with their members.

5. Limitation of Liability

PickleTribe is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
